Setting Up an Open Source Marketplace: Initial Dashboard Features Completed

Launching a New Open Source Marketplace: Core Dashboard Features Now Live

Exciting news! I’ve been working on developing a fresh online platform designed to serve as a dynamic marketplace for artists and creators. The journey began with the intention of establishing a personal store or blog to showcase and sell artwork. Traditionally, Iโ€™ve relied on Astro for my projects, but this time, I decided to build a headless CMS from scratch, which has gradually evolved into a full-fledged marketplace.

This week, I focused on refining the platformโ€™s fundamental functionalities. Iโ€™m pleased to report that key features are now operational, including user authentication, site creation, and content management. The development stack features powerful tools such as Strapi for the backend, complemented by Mantine and Tailwind CSS for a sleek, responsive frontend experience.

Stay tuned for further updates as I continue to enhance this open source project and bring more features to life. If you’re interested in building or contributing to a scalable, customizable marketplace solution, follow along for insights and progress.
