I don’t have a PC right now. Only an Android phone. Any means available to access the console, or that CSS rules window?

Seeking Mobile-Friendly Solutions to Access Web Developer Tools on Android Devices

Navigating web development tasks without access to a traditional PC can be challenging, especially when it comes to inspecting and debugging website styles and scripts. Currently working solely from an Android smartphone, I find myself in need of reliable tools to access browser console functions or CSS rule inspection capabilities.

While there are various online platforms that emulate viewport dimensions akin to Chrome’s device emulator, their functionality often falls short for in-depth debugging. I previously experimented with Kiwi Browser’s developer tools, but that project appears to be inactive, limiting its usefulness.

Manual inspection through editing stylesheets and JavaScript files on a mobile device can be cumbersome and time-consuming. Reading multiple, overlapping CSS files to determine which rules ultimately influence the design feels impractical on a phone, especially when trying to troubleshoot complex issues. Although I have experience using “Inspect Element” features from mobile browsers, I’m uncertain if relying on these tools is a temporary workaround or a security concern.

Are there any effective Android applications, browser extensions, or web-based services capable of providing console access or detailed CSS inspection directly on mobile devices? Your recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

For context, I previously used Termux with Vim for on-the-go editing and even SSHed into servers to manage code directly. However, I expect to revisit local development setups once I regain access to a PC.

Thanks in advance for your insights, and apologies if this post is a bit lengthy or unfocused. Any guidance to streamline mobile web development would be very helpful!
