Exciting Updates to My Windows XP-Style Portfolio Website
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve just rolled out a significant update to my Windows XP-inspired portfolio website. After months of development using Cursor, Iโve introduced several new features and improvements aimed at enhancing user experience and showcasing my recent work.
Highlights of the Latest Update:
- Media Player Integration: Now visitors can easily listen to embedded audio directly on the site.
- Enhanced Image Viewer: A new and improved image viewing experience has been implemented.
- Mobile Compatibility: The music player and other key functionalities now work seamlessly across mobile devices.
- Content Revamp: Updated project descriptions and refreshed the siteโs user interface for a cleaner look.
I initially shared a sneak peek in a Reddit comment earlier today, which surprisingly garnered more attention than I expected. Motivated by that response, I decided to officially publish the latest version for everyone to explore.

Crafting this project has been a multi-month journey, during which Iโve relied heavily on Cursor. Now, I feel confident that the website is approaching its final form, though I will continue refining and adding new features.
For those interested in the behind-the-scenes process, Iโll be sharing a series of detailed posts on my LinkedIn profile, outlining the challenges and insights gained along the way.
Are you working on any unconventional or creative portfolio concepts? Iโd love to hear about your projects โ feel free to share your experiences!
