Introducing a Clean, Ad-Free Scrum Poker Tool for Agile Teams

In the realm of Agile project management, effective planning and estimation are crucial. Recognizing the limitations of existing Scrum Poker applications—particularly their intrusive advertisements, restrictive access, or costs—I decided to develop a simpler, streamlined solution.

This new tool offers a straightforward experience for teams to collaboratively estimate story points. Users can log in quickly as guests, participate in voting, and focus on the task at hand without distractions. Designed with minimalism in mind, it aims to facilitate smooth and efficient planning sessions without the clutter of ads or unnecessary restrictions.

My motivation for creating this application was twofold: to provide a free, accessible alternative for teams frustrated with ad-laden tools, and to deepen my understanding of real-time communication protocols like Mercure. While the app is still in its early stages, I hope to expand its features to serve niche needs and promote a more streamlined, subscription-free digital workspace.
