We are excited to share a significant milestone in our journey—after 12 years of creating and selling web and mobile templates, we are opening our entire library to the public for free. This decision marks the culmination of a decade of growth, learning, and innovation, and we’re thrilled to give back to the developer community that has supported us along the way.
Our Origins: From Humble Beginnings to a Growing Business
Our story begins in 2013 with a young university student armed with nothing but a spark of creativity and a modest vision. I dedicated six months to developing my first web template—Light Blue, a sleek Bootstrap template featuring a transparent design and gradient background, a distinctive look at the time. To fund this project, I took a small loan from my mother, who, understandably, was a bit hesitant about the endeavor.
To my surprise, the template resonated with users. It quickly gained traction, selling about 200–300 copies each month. What started as a side hustle soon evolved into a full-fledged business. Customers not only purchased templates but also reached out with requests for customization, which allowed us to understand their specific needs and fostered our growth.
Expanding Horizons and Adapting to Industry Changes
Over the next decade, our portfolio expanded from that initial template to a collection of 28 offerings, spanning various frameworks including React, Angular, Vue.js, and Bootstrap. We proudly sold over 20,000 licenses and supported numerous companies in building their products on top of our codebase. Some of our early team members even launched their own successful ventures inspired by our work.
However, the landscape of web development has evolved dramatically. Static templates are giving way to dynamic, customizable applications, driven by the need for features such as CRUD operations, authentication, authorization, data filtering, AI-enhanced widgets, REST APIs, and email verification—a common set of functionalities in SaaS and data management platforms.
Recognizing this shift, we transitioned our focus towards developing tools that enable the creation of “dynamic templates” tailored to specific use cases, which allows for greater flexibility and adaptability in modern development projects.
