Launching the Foundation: Developing a Robust Open Source Marketplace Dashboard
Embarking on a new entrepreneurial venture, I aimed to establish a platform dedicated to selling artwork. Leveraging my experience with Astro, I set out to create a headless content management system that would serve as the backbone for my online store. What began as a simple project quickly evolved into a comprehensive marketplace solution.
This week, I focused on refining the platform’s core functionalities, successfully resolving several bugs along the way. Users now have the ability to log in securely, create their own storefronts, and edit content seamlessly. The development stack includes Strapi for backend management, complemented by Mantine and Tailwind CSS to ensure a modern, responsive user interface.
Stay tuned as I continue to enhance this open source project, bringing more features and improved usability to aspiring creators and entrepreneurs alike.
