Innovative Multi-Language Sentence Analysis Tool Reaches Nearly 1,000 Users
Exciting Developments in Language Learning Technology
In February, I embarked on a project that started as a simple proof of concept: a next-generation web application designed to assist my wife in analyzing Korean grammar. What began as a single-page Next.js app leveraging the Gemini API has grown into a robust platform, now processing hundreds of analyses daily—totaling over 40,000 instances—and attracting nearly 1,000 active users.
The journey from a basic MVP to a feature-rich application has involved multiple redesigns and feature expansions. Notable enhancements include the integration of spaced repetition flashcards, support for nine additional languages based on user demand, song lyric analysis for immersive learning, and a conversational chat interface that enables users to ask follow-up questions linked to specific analyses.

Technical Architecture
The platform is built on a modern tech stack, ensuring reliable performance and scalability:

- AI & Analysis: GPT-4.1 for OCR and interactive chat features, Gemini API for detailed language analysis

Future Plans
Looking ahead, I aim to introduce a community forum dedicated to language Q&A, expand language support to include Vietnamese, Hindi, Indonesian, and more based on user requests, and develop grammar practice quizzes tailored to individual learning histories.
