Developing an Open Source Marketplace: Core Dashboard Features Completed (Variation 17)

Launching a New Open Source Marketplace: Core Features Now Live

Exciting news! Iโ€™ve recently embarked on creating a new online platform designed to showcase artistic creations and serve as a vibrant marketplace. Initially envisioned as a simple blog or store, this project has evolved into a comprehensive marketplace solution with a robust dashboard.

The development journey began with my usual toolsโ€”Astro and a headless CMS setup. Over time, I integrated essential functionalities, transforming the platform into a dynamic marketplace where users can sign in, craft their own storefronts, and manage content seamlessly.

This week, I focused on refining the user experience by addressing and fixing several bugs. The current version now offers core capabilities such as user authentication, site creation, and content management. The project leverages powerful, modern frameworks and libraries, utilizing Strapi for the backend, along with Mantine and Tailwind CSS for a sleek and responsive frontend design.

Stay tuned for further updates as I continue to expand this open-source project, bringing more features and improvements to empower creators and entrepreneurs alike.
