While having a phone number can enhance credibility and provide a quick line of communication for customers, it also raises concerns about availability and potential disruptions during the workday. Since I manage all aspects of my business personally, I prefer to avoid constant phone calls that could interfere with my workflow.

Ultimately, I wonder: does listing only an email address suffice, or could including a phone number further boost customer trust without complicating my day-to-day operations?
