Introducing a Leadership Practice Simulator for Developers: Enhancing Management Skills Through Immersive Practice
In the rapidly evolving tech industry, technical expertise alone is no longer sufficient. Over the past few weeks, I built a web application that allows developers to engage with realistic leadership scenarios through a text-based interface. This platform is crafted to simulate common leadership challenges, enabling users to experiment with different responses and strategies without real-world repercussions. The core features include:

Technology Stack
The development of this simulator harnesses a selection of modern, robust technologies:
- Frontend Framework: Built with Angular (via Analog.js) to create a responsive and intuitive user interface.
- Backend Infrastructure: Firebase serves as the backbone for data storage, user authentication, and real-time synchronization.
- AI Integration: Vertex AI from Google Cloud provides the Machine Learning capabilities needed for nuanced coaching and feedback, ensuring personalized user experiences.
Origin of the Idea
The inspiration for this project stemmed from my own curiosity and professional growth ambitions.
