Variation 27: “My New Website Design and Why I’m Proud of the Results”

Announcing My Newly Redesigned Personal Website: A Fresh Look and a Work in Progress

I am excited to share the launch of my revamped personal website, a platform where I showcase my projects, publish articles, and connect with others interested in my work.

The site has been entirely rebuilt using modern web technologies, featuring a clean and responsive design. I chose Next.js for its performance and flexibility, coupled with Tailwind CSS to streamline the styling process. The source code is open-source, and I welcome fellow developers to explore, fork, and contribute to the project. You can view the repository here: https://github.com/LukeberryPi/blog.

One of the highlights of the redesign is the new light mode, which Iโ€™m very pleased with. However, Iโ€™m still contemplating enhancements for the dark mode to improve user experience and visual appeal. If you have any suggestions or ideas, Iโ€™d love to hear them!

For those interested, hereโ€™s a quick preview of the current design:
