Iโ€™m in the process of creating a weather website, focusing on two main keywords: “Weather in (month)” and “Weather in (season).”

I have 16 different pages planned. Would it be more effective to create 16 separate pages, or consolidate it into just 2 pagesโ€”one for seasons and one for months?
