So tired of agencies doing shoddy work and giving bad advice and then I AM THE ONE WHO IS DISTRUSTED when they need a new solution!

I’m really frustrated with agencies that deliver poor quality work and offer bad advice, only for me to be the one questioned when they require a new solution! I know some of you are part of organizations that engage in this kind of behavior, and I want to say it impacts everyone negatively. It makes things tougher for the rest of us. Enough is enough!

  1. I can totally understand your frustration. Itโ€™s really disheartening when agencies donโ€™t deliver quality work, especially when it impacts your reputation. Itโ€™s tough to be the one left holding the bag when youโ€™re trying to find solutions. Hopefully, more companies will recognize the importance of accountability and better communication. Hang in thereโ€”weโ€™ve all been there, and itโ€™s a challenge we can rise above together!

  2. I completely understand your frustration, and it’s a challenge many of us face in this industry. It’s unfortunate that the actions of a few agencies can tarnish the reputation of all. Poor quality work and bad advice not only jeopardize relationships, but they also undermine trust and collaboration.

One potential solution is to establish clearer communication and expectations from the outset. This could involve setting specific benchmarks for quality, timelines, and deliverables. Additionally, itโ€™s valuable to foster a culture of feedback where agencies are encouraged to share their thought processes and decision-making rationale. This transparency can help build trust and ensure that everyone is on the same page, making it easier to pivot when needed.

Moreover, creating a network where professionals can share experiences and recommendations about reliable agencies could also help mitigate these issues. By advocating for higher standards and accountability within our industry, we can elevate the overall quality of work and trustworthiness of agencies. Letโ€™s keep pushing for better practices together!
